Rubellite is managed by Perpetual through a Management Services and Operating Agreement, and as such, is well grounded in its innovative, entrepreneurial and accountable culture without the extensive start-up capacity building typically required for a new junior multi-disciplinary operating company. Rubellite’s Board of Directors is comprised of a majority of independent directors, each of whom is unique from Perpetual’s Board, establishing a strong governance model and clear shareholder and management alignment.
